Beware: Cost of Returns!
"Mixed feelings here. The clothes turned out okay. I’m very disappointed by the returns process. To return 3 dresses it cost me $20 to return from UPS. While I understand free returns cannot always be the standard, the company should at least offer a return label as they usually have reduced return rates vs what customers can get in their side."
